As Norvasc may cause side effects such as fatigue, dizziness and headaches, patients must not drive, operate tools or machinery, or attempt any unsafe task if they are not clear-headed. Patients must also refrain from drinking alcohol while on Norvasc as it may cause the blood pressure to drop and cause hypotension, and avoid consuming grapefruit as it could increase the medication’s levels in your bloodstream resulting to the aforementioned side effects.
