It is not recommended for patients to take Serophene longer than prescribed by your doctor as it could increase the risk of developing an ovarian tumor. It is also important to note that taking Serophene could increase the chance of multiple births and therefore a high-risk pregnancy. Lastly, until you know how the medication affects you, it is advised that patients do not drive or perform any tasks that may be considered unsafe.
