Prior to using Estrogel, it is recommended that patients inform their doctor about their medical history and other medications currently being taken. Other information that must be disclosed include presence of vaginal bleeding, upcoming surgery, and medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes and migraine headaches. Lastly, patients who are pregnant or breast feeding should not use Estrogel.
