Spiriva plus Device and Spiriva Respimat are not different medications. The difference is on the delivery methods for the medication. Spiriva plus Device comes in a capsule form and is used with a special device while Sprivia Respimat is an inhaler that delivers the medication in a slow-moving mist to help patients inhale the drug.
