To prime the pump for use, insert the cartridge into the inhaler and lock it in place, then keep squirting into the ground until a fine mist appears. After seeing a mist, squirt the inhaler into the ground three more times. If the inhaler is not used for more than 3 days, squirt a puff into the ground once to make sure a mist appears. If the inhaler is not used for more than 21 days, repeat the steps on how to prime the pump.
