Possible side effects of Estring include headache, light vaginal bleeding/spotting, stomach cramps, gas or bloating, fluid retention, nausea and vomiting, breast pain, and vaginal yeast infection. Less common side effects include stroke, heart attack, blood clots, and memory loss.
