Corlanor treats adults with chronic heart failure, a long-lasting disease which occurs when your heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood around your body and lungs, in order to reduce the risk of hospitalization. It is also used to treat children over 6 months old with stable heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy (enlarged heart).
